Но остальные кандидаты? Не знаем, вернулся ли Сергей Левченко с севера области или нет, но в любом случае он мог отправить доверенное лицо. И где в это время был кандидат от ЛДПР Виктор Галицков? Нашлись дела поважнее? Или просто решил забить на кампанию и не выходить из дома из-за плохой погоды?
