Суд не стал отправлять в колонию экс-директора санатория «Марциальные воды» Зоряну Левину
Верховный суд рассмотрел апелляцию на первый приговор.
Зоряна Левина - экс генеральный директор санатория «Марциальные воды» избежала колонии за помощь во взятке в три миллиона.
Верховный суд сегодня, 11 июня, не стал менять приговор Петрозаводского суда - 4 года условного срока с испытательным сроком также в 4 года и штрафом 6,2 миллиона рублей. Это произошло несмотря на апелляцию прокурора Максима Шишкина и просьбы назначить реальное лишение свободы.
Сторона обвинения хотела, чтобы 56-летнюю Левину отправили в колонию общего режима на 4 года и назначили ей штраф в 9,3 миллиона рублей.
Напомним, в 2020 году Зоряна Левина, используя свое служебное положение, помогла передать взятку в 3,1 миллиона рублей бывшему заместителю главы Карелии по внутренней политике Владимиру Любарскому от директора коммерческой организации.
