🔺 Южный окружной военной суд вынес приговор по громкому делу о нападении на военных.
Суд установил, что Хамзатханов В.Б. и Бегельдиев Т.Х. в 1999 году вступили в вооружённую банду на территории Чечни, где прошли боевую подготовку. В составе группировки они участвовали в нападениях, мятежах и террористических актах.
4 октября 1999 года подсудимые вместе с другими боевиками атаковали военнослужащих. В результате погибли 15 человек.
Приговор: ✔ Хамзатханов — 24 года строгого режима ✔ Бегельдиев — 21 год строгого режима
Справедливость восторжествовала спустя годы. ⚖️

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
