Ещё 20,7 млн рублей пойдёт на создание ограждения территории, 19,9 млн рублей направят на разработку рабочей документации и 5,9 млн рублей — на непредвиденные затраты.
Сейчас развитию Курильских островов уделяется большое внимание, а туризм на этой территории имеет большой потенциал. Поэтому строительство ВПП — это шанс привлечь в регион как можно больше путешественников.
