В апреле 2021 г. глава Минэка Максим Решетниковзаявлял, что власти РФ выделят на инфраструктуру в ОЭЗ «Грозный» 1,5 млрд руб. Так что это первый транш. Планируется, что уже к 2023 г. проект ОЭЗ даст более 500 новых рабочих мест.
