По данным на утро 8 июня не открывались сайты парламентов Северной Осетии, КБР, Чечни, Дагестана. С задержкой открывается сайт думы Ставрополья. Восстановлена работа сайта Народного Собрания Ингушетии. Без проблем пока открывается сайт парламента Карачаево-Черкесии. Понятно, что на 100% защититься от атак практически нереально. Но, похоже, на сайтах органов исполнительной власти ряда регионов СКФО вообще отсутствует защита от ddos-атак.
Путин недавно подписал указ, согласно которому с 2025 г. в каждом госведомстве и госучреждении должны быть подразделения IT-безопасности. И это правильное решение, учитывая увеличение хакерских атак. Но усилить безопасность региональных сайтов можно и сегодня. Для этого не требуется привлечение огромных ресурсов.
