«Центральная топливная компания» (ЦТК), которая через АО «Развитие активов» принадлежит департаменту городского имущества (ДГИ) Москвы подала единственную заявку на покупку 5-этажного паркинга в районе Филёвский парк.
Паркинг был построен по программе «Народный гараж» в 2008 году, его общая площадь составляет 12 578 м².
Торги проходили в ходе процедуры банкротства девелоперской компании «ФЦСР».
Согласно протоколу торгов, торги по лоту признаны несостоявшимися, так как к участию в торгах был допущен только один заявитель, но конкурсный управляющий вправе заключать сделку с единственным участником.
