Сегодня Президент предложил учредить день языков народов России и отмечать его ежегодно 8 сентября в день рождения Расула Гамзатова.
Недавно говорил, что мы любим наш русский язык. Но также важно, чтобы в вопросе сохранения и укрепления нашей культуры, традиций мы должны изучать и родной язык.
Новая дата – показатель того, как Государство относится к межнациональному вопросу. Мудрое, объединительное решение нашего Президента Владимира Владимировича Путина и особая гордость для Дагестана и всей России.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
