🌀ثبت ایده، لزوما به معنای اختراع ابزاری جدید نیست. مثلا ثبت ایده کسب و کار می‌تواند نوآوری در یک زمینه خاص و یا نوع جدیدی از کسب و کار باشد که تابحال کسی به آن نپرداخته است.

🌀 ثبت اختراع برای اولین بار فرآیند خاصی را ارائه می دهد و مسئله ای را در علوم و فنون حل می کند. در صورتی که طرح صنعتی تغییر در محصولی است که از پیش وجود داشته و ممکن است به کاربرد جدیدی هم ختم شود و اما لازم به ذکر است در طرح صنعتی تغییر ظاهری ملاک اصلی است.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
