Госдума приняла поправку об ответственности до 10 суток ареста за ношение гаджетов военнослужащими в зоне СВО.
Глава думского комитета по обороне Андрей Картаполов пояснял вчера, что речь не идет о гаджетах, которые используются для боевой работы.
Наказывать могут и за нарушение запрета предоставлять СМИ или распространять в Сети данные, позволяющие определить принадлежность военнослужащих к армии России, членов их семей или их родителей, в том числе информацию, позволяющую определить их местонахождение.
Дисциплинарный арест назначается на срок до 10 суток за один грубый дисциплинарный проступок. За несколько — срок ареста определяется путем частичного или полного сложения сроков ареста.
