Депутат Нина Останина (КПРФ) внесла в Госдуму законопроект о повторной выплате маткапитала за каждого последующего ребенка, законопроект доступен в думской базе данных. Она также предложила увеличивать выплаты за второго и третьего ребенка, что позволит стимулировать многодетность. При рождении второго ребенка маткапитал составит уже 862 728 рублей в дополнение к первому (690 266 рублей), а при рождении третьего ребенка сумма выплаты составит еще 1 миллион 078 тысяч 410 рублей.
