Оказывается, глава указанного ЧОП Сергей Толстых сделал этот жест не просто так, а под выборы. Как нам сообщили, он намерен выдвигаться кандидатом в депутаты Казанской гордумы на предстоящих выборах от КПРФ. И как верный «ленинец», вроде как спас памятник Ильичу.
Патронирует ему в предвыборных вопросах депутат Госдумы Артём Прокофьев, у которого свои виды на Толстых. Впрочем, у главы ЧОП «Застава» немало врагов в высоких кабинетах. Так что сильно продвинуться ему пока навряд ли удастся. Но стать депутатом Казанской гордумы вполне по силам.
