Совету предстоит выработать рекомендации о приоритетных задачах фонда на ближайшую перспективу, прежде всего в части наращивания помощи соотечественникам, которые стали жертвами политических акций и дискриминации в недружественных России странах. Рассчитываем, что решения попечительского совета укрепят роль фонда в качестве эффективного правозащитного механизма в интересах российской диаспоры.
