Виктор Прохоров, местный житель, своими силами, в полностью задымленной квартире, с утечкой газа, до приезда пожарной помощи потушил огонь. Быстро, оперативно перекрыл газ, обесточил от электричества квартиру, потушил огонь. Ему помогал Михаил Сурков, который, несмотря на опасность, кинулся помогать Виктору в тушении пожара.
