На два дня Салехард стал центром проведения летнего этапа экстремальных игр «Северный характер». 1200 участников со всего Ямала, Свердловской и Тюменской областей, Республики Коми и наши друзья из Волновахи.

По традиции игр спортсмены выступили в категориях «Профи» и «Любители» в командном и личном зачетах. В Год героев на Ямале была построена новая полоса препятствий с испытаниями, которые проходят на курсах начальной военной подготовки. 23 препятствия для «Профи» и 15 для «Любителей» на дистанциях 5,6 и 2,3 км.

Вместе с губернатором нашего округа Дмитрием Артюховым приветствовали победителей игр! Большим праздником и концертом завершились эти спортивные два дня. Поздравляю победителей!
