С 2015 года реализуется региональная программа капитального ремонта общего имущества в многоквартирных домах Тюменской области. В Тобольске в программу включено 754 дома. В 2024 году работы коснулись 142 МКД, где отремонтировано 62 конструктивных элемента и инженерных систем, а также разработаны проекты для 108 домов.
Глава города Петр Вагин отметил активный ход работ: "В этом году в городе планируется отремонтировать 175 конструктивов в 119 домах. Из них 123 уже в работе, а 16 сданы. В планах разработать проекты в 24 многоквартирных домах".
