The Big Beautiful Bill cuts off nonpermanent residents and noncitizens from accessing govt healthcare & food stamps. This provision can be reinforced by States to remove all aliens at a local level.

The Senate version of the BBB increased immigration court funding three fold, allowing the hiring of 800 judges and court staff to clear denaturalisation and deportation cases at a more rapid pace. This among other changes showcases the value of having political sway. We wouldn't be attempting this kind of removal operation had we lost the election.

The list of categories established for the DOJ to 'maximally pursue' and complete 'denaturalization proceedings' includes crimes of financial fraud, scamming individuals or corporations, felonies and foreign allegiances, or any 'pending criminal charges' determined serious.

This framework can and should be applied broadly. Groups such as Mexicans, Indians, Somalis, Palestinians and the Chinese are worth targetting for revokation & removal due to their inherit in-group biases and other risks associated.

ICE is repeatedly hitting well over its maximum detention capacity because it is arresting so many aliens a week. BBB funding and state-ordered holding camps mitigate would more than double the available space to relocate and remove foreigners.
