Медиана предлагаемой зарплаты в России к июлю 2025 года составила 75,5 тысячи рублей, согласно данным портала HH.ru. По сравнению с июлем прошлого года показатель увеличился на 14%.
Максимальные значения предлагаемых зарплат специалисты зафиксировали в вакансиях для DevOps-инженеров — 275 тысяч рублей, дата-сайентистов — 225 тысяч рублей и системных аналитиков — 216,8 тысячи рублей.
В пятерку вакансий с наиболее высокими предлагаемыми зарплатами также вошли сварщики и геодезисты — им готовы платить в среднем 186,2 тысячи и 157,7 тысячи рублей соответственно.
