В России могут запретить строить многоэтажные жилые дома в населенных пунктах с инфраструктурным дефицитом свыше 50%. Соответствующие поправки в Градостроительный кодекс предложили внести в Госдуме.
Согласно инициативе, разрешение на строительство многоэтажек не будут выдавать в городах, селах и поселках, если там недостаточно развит транспорт, жилищно-коммунальная и социальная инфраструктура.
При этом сам по себе запрет на жилищное строительство вряд ли решит проблему накопленного дефицита инфраструктуры, считают эксперты. Такие территории могут столкнуться с ростом цен на жилье. В итоге люди начнут уезжать из городов, где не строится новое жилье и растут цены, что приведет к недостатку рабочей силы в регионе.
