И знаете, что первое, что сразу бросается в глаза? Прошло всего полгода (полгода!), а большинство «положительных» комментариев о работе системы здравоохранения выглядят вот так. Аккаунт, с которого оставлен камент, удалён.
Тут хочется в очередной раз воздеть руки к небу и заорать «Да пошто ж вы там тупые-то такие и криворукие-то???», но это уже стало совсем риторическим вопросом, поэтому мы не будем.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
