На момент лицензирования, в 2005 году, запасы Ермаковского оценивались в 1,4 млн тонн руды с содержанием 0,8% бериллия и 19% флюорита.
До перехода проекта к Свиблову лицензия много лет принадлежала ГК "Метрополь" Михаила Слипенчука, как и Озерное месторождение полиметаллов.
