Но действующие нормы все еще позволяют уволить работников, призванных по мобилизации или отправившихся на СВО добровольно.
Это происходит, если трудовой договор носит срочный характер и истек, когда боец был на фронте. В результате по возвращении «на гражданку» он может оказаться безработным и должен будет искать себе новое место.
Эту проблему и ее решение мы отразили во втором докладе Рабочей группы Президенту.
Предложенные нами поправки обеспечат автоматическое продление срочных трудовых контрактов с мобилизованными и добровольцами, гарантированно сохранят за ними рабочие места.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
