Ответ на депутатский запрос от заместителя Министра гражданской авиации СССР А.Ф. Аксенова, распространенный на Съезде Народных депутатов СССР в марте 1990 г.
Поводом для запроса, стали публикации о закупке «Аэрофлотом» европейских самолетов Airbus A310-300.
Информация вызвала широкое обсуждение, поскольку СССР многие десятилетия не закупал основных самолетов в западных странах.
Аксенов сообщает что аэробусы планируется не купить, а взять в лизинг (что также было новым понятием для советских граждан). Необходимость их приобретения аэробусов он мотивирует «исключительно сложной ситуацией». На международных линиях СССР эксплуатировал устаревшие самолеты Ил-62м, которые перестали выдерживать конкуренцию из-за повышенного шума, отсутствия в салоне видеоаппаратуры и высокого расхода топлива. Зарубежные клиенты стали отказываться от советских предложений, в том числе на транссибирских авиатрассах между Европой и Японией.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
