1. Власти их не предупредили о планах застройки;
2. Жители вложили в строительство своих домов миллионы рублей;
3. Власти не объяснили им ничего, что будет с жителями, куда они пойдут жить;
4. Говорят за последнее время сильно снизилась кадастровая стоимость земель, что по всей видимости приведет к более низкой выкупной стоимости земельных участков по закону;
5. Люди хотят жить "на земле" в частных домах, им нравится их район и никуда переезжать они не собираются.
