Тот случай, когда шансы на выборах фактически есть, а практически их нет. Это и называется имитация демократии. Аналогично видимости принципа разделения властей в РФ, лежащего в основе любого демократического государства.

There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine.
