Видимо подчиненные замгубернатора Павла Белявского решили не проявлять настойчивость и не ставить на место федеральное СМИ, журналисты которого любят проводить многополосную дорогу по крышам жилых домов. А ведь по соцсетям до сих пор ходит инфа о бюджете катка в 165 млн руб. Потому что мало кто отличает "бюджет мероприятия" от "бюджетных средств".
