Что мешает губернатору запретить, хотя бы на месяц, чиновникам как области, так и города, пользоваться служебными автомобилями? И обязать их передвигаться на общественном транспорте?
Нам представляется, что кондиционеры заработают тут же. Как и много других проблем решится, которые из тонированных окон служебных автомобилей с водителями сегодня чиновники не замечают.
