В ходе проведения визуального осмотра многоквартирного дома (МКД), расположенного по адресу: Санкт-Петербург, проспект Просвещения, дом 43, литер А, именуемого как ЖК «Лондон Парк», были выявлены нарушения требований, правил и норм технической эксплуатации жилищного фонда, а именно: допущено разрушение облицовочного слоя фасада МКД; отсутствует контроль за состоянием металлических поверхностей двери — зафиксировано образование коррозии.

МКД, расположенный по адресу: проспект Просвещения, 43, находится под управлением ООО «УК Континент-5» (ИНН 7813219391), входящего в структуру ГК «Л1» (ЛЭК).

С целью устранения выявленных в ходе осмотра нарушений направлено соответствующее заявление в Государственную жилищную инспекцию Санкт‑Петербурга для принятия необходимых мер реагирования.
