🦬Ученые насчитали почти 8 тысяч овцебыков в арктической зоне Якутии
Дирекция биологических ресурсов и ученые Института биологических проблем криолитозоны СО РАН провели авиавизуальный учет овцебыков в Якутии, насчитав 7997 особей. В ходе 11 учетных полетов, проведенных с 25 июля по 6 августа 2024 года из аэропортов поселков Саскылах и Тикси, было зафиксировано 378 групп овцебыков и выявлено стабильное состояние популяции.
🐃Численность овцебыков в Анабарском районе составила 5838, в Булунском – 969 и Аллаиховском – 1190 особей, пишет газета «Маяк Арктики».
