Мэр отметил, что зарплаты растут в промышленности и бизнесе, а ситуация в сфере ЖКХ становится все сложнее. Кроме того, текущие финансовые ограничения и установленные тарифы не дают возможность повышать оплату труда сотрудникам ЖКХ.
