Пострадавшие граждане, чьи квартиры находятся в ипотеке, будут платить ежемесячные взносы согласно договору. В случае, если жилье не подлежит восстановлению, муниципалитет выдаст новую квартиру. Но будет ли это маневренный фонд или другое жилье, непонятно.
Осталось неясным и то, почему ситуация со взрывом дома не является страховым случаем. В мэрии города на это лишь ответили, что "по страховке необходима юридическая консультация по условиям банка и договора".

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news.
