Безрукову предъявлено обвинение по п. «в» ч. 3 ст. 286 УК РФ (превышение должностных полномочий с причинением тяжких последствий). Его обвиняют в том, что он предупредил одно из промышленных предприятий о готовящейся проверке, а затем пригласил на нее СМИ и давал комментарии.
