🔹با وجود توانایی و ظرفیت بالای علمی کشور در تربیت پزشکان متخصص، امروز با کمبود جدی نیروی انسانی در این حوزه‌ها مواجه هستیم.
🔹پزشکان ایرانی در سطح جهانی شناخته‌شده هستند، اما دریافتی آنها با خدماتی که ارائه می‌دهند، همخوانی ندارد و این موضوع شاید مهم‌ترین عامل در مهاجرت نخبگان پزشکی باشد.
🔹بی‌توجهی به وضعیت اقتصادی پزشکان در کشور قطعاً در آینده‌ای نزدیک ما را مجبور به واردات پزشک خواهد کرد و هزینه این خلأ را باید به دلار پرداخت کنیم.
🔹اگر وضعیت اقتصادی کشور بهبود یابد، بسیاری از سرمایه‌گذاران و نخبگان به کشور باز خواهند گشت.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
