Какой позор с предшествующим высшим руководством наших военных - Тимур Иванов, Булгаков, Кузнецов, Шамарин, Ветелецкий, Военторг… И все это на фоне героической мучительной войны нашего народа, отправки на фронт копеек на дроны, сети и теплые носки… На это невозможно смотреть. Коррупция в эпоху великой войны сама по себе подлость вдвойне, а в армии… в сто раз подлее. Надеюсь, что Андрей Белоусов и новые кадры в МО поставят на этом точку и будут беспощадны и непреклонны в отношении морального духа и этического кодекса высшего командного состава. Русский военный и честь должны быть тождественными понятиями. Иначе вы ошиблись профессией или дверью.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
