یاد بگیریم آدم‌های به موقعی باشیم! آدم‌هایی که سروقت در برابر احساس‌ها و رفتارها عکس‌العمل نشان می‌دهند. به موقع محبت می‌کنند و به موقع گله و شکایت… یاد بگیریم که در برابر ترس، ناکامی نگرانی، خشم و دلخوری سکوت نکنیم و پنهان کردن احساسات یا به اصطلاح «در خودمان ریختنشان» را دور بریزیم… اگر انسان را به زمین تشبیه کنیم، یک زلزله قوی می‌تواند همه‌چیز را نابود کند اما پس لرزه‌های خفیف خیلی هم برای آن مفیدند، پس از واکنش‌ها نترسیم. اگر حال خوبی داریم شادیمان را و اگر از چیزی دلخوریم ناراحتی‌مان را نشان دهیم. همین احساس‌های سرکوب شده، همین حرف‌هایی که به موقع گفته نشده در انسان‌ها تبدیل به عقده می‌شوند و آدمی که در طول زندگیش عقده‌های زیادی را با خودش حمل می‌کند، هرگز نمی‌تواند زیبا زندگی کند.
