Для этого каждые две(!) недели Минсельхоз пересматривает цены. Хотя цены и в рублях, но от курса рубль/доллар они зависят неплохо. Получается валютный риск остается, хотя и расплачиваться за ним теперь можно рублями.
На темпы роста можно только любоваться и делать разные выводы)
