Парламент принял в третьем чтении поправки в закон "О грантах", согласно которым организациям, участвующим в программах Европейского союза Horizon Europe (исследования и инновации) и Erasmus+ (образование и молодежная мобильность), не требуется разрешение от правительства на выдачу грантов внутри страны.
Власти вносят в эти проекты финансовые взносы, поэтому они рассматриваются как менее рискованные в контексте возможного вмешательства в суверенитет, угроз безопасности или политической интервенции.
