Вообще среди глав дальневосточных регионов они не единственные "счастливчики". Губернатор Хабаровского края Михаил Дегтярев попал в эти списки ещё в 2014 году (когда ещё не руководил регионом). И судя по всему, никак это на его жизнь не повлияло.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
