📌 С 1 сентября продавцам запретят навязывать потребителю дополнительные товары, работы или услуги за отдельную плату.
📌 Согласно поправкам к закону "О защите прав потребителей", согласие должно отдельно оформляться в письменной форме — автоматического проставления соответствующих отметок в договоре или электронной форме будет недостаточно.
📌 Изменения коснутся предприятий розничной торговли, туристических агентств и других организаций сферы услуг. Особенно заметное влияние закон окажет на банковский и страховой секторы, где навязывание стало стандартной практикой.
