🔹تولستوی در خانواده‌ای اشرافی، متولد شد. سال ۱۸۴۴ در دانشگاه «قازان» به تحصیل زبانهای شرقي و حقوق پرداخت و در ۱۸۴۷ بی‌آنکه مدرکی به دست آورد، از ادامه تحصیل سر باز زد و پس از تقسیم املاک خانوادگی به خوشگذراني پرداخت. ➖در ۱۸۵۱ براي دفاع از شهر «سواستوپول» به ارتش قفقاز پيوست. پس از سقوط شهر «سواستوپول»، به ملک شخصی خود در «یاسنایا پولیانا» بازگشت و از ارتش کناره‌گیری کرد. در ۱۸۶۲ با دختری به نام «سوفیا» ازدواج کرد. مرگ برادرش در اثر بیماری سل تأثیر هولناکی بر وی به جا گذاشت.
➖سال ۱۸۷۹، تغییر باورهای مذهبی او به حد کمال رسید. وی پی برد که قوانین مذهبی و کلیسایی با اندیشه‌هایش همخوانی ندارد و در کتاب «اعتراف»، سرخوردگی پیاپی خود را از زندگی آمیخته به لذت، مذهب قراردادی و علم و فلسفه بیان كرد و تغییر روحی خود را در نوعی عرفان و پارسايي و ترک لذتهای دنیوی نمایان ساخت و تنها لذت را در عشق به افراد انسانی و در سادگی زندگی روستایی دانست. وی از آن پس، خود را به صورت دهقانان درآورد، لباس آنان را بر تن کرد و زندگی ساده را برگزید.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing?
