Чиновница стала фигуранткой уголовного дела по статье «Мошенничество». Она якобы незаконно согласовала выделение субсидии одной топливной компании при строительстве заправки.
Расследование продолжается. В случае, если вина Ким будет доказана, ей грозит до десяти лет лишения свободы.
