В 2021 году, всего через несколько месяцев после заселения в ЖК «Измайловский 11», его жильцы, немалая часть которых – переселенцы по программе реновации, столкнулись с полным игнорированием их интересов со стороны навязанной им застройщиком, строительной фирмой «ПИК», управляющей компании «ПИК-Комфорт».
Через год терпение у жителей этого комплекса закончилось, и они решили поменять управляющую компанию.
