Довольно интересная ракета. Напоминает иранские ракеты семейства Fath, по размерам похоже на что-то вроде BM-250. Однако есть и небольшие отличия, например в креплении элементов хвостового оперения..
Подозреваю, что это может быть как-раз продукт местного производства в Ливане или Сирии на основе передачи иранских технологий и поставок некоторых комплектующих.
