🔹 تمام آنچه از وضعیت امروز کشور می‌بینیم، محصول این تفکر و تصور است: اینکه اگر یک تالاب را خشک کنی، اگر بخشی از جنگل را نابود کنی یا کوهی را بشکافی، پروژه‌ات ارزان‌تر تمام میشود. 🔹 این تفکر، خرج توسعه را فقط هزینه همان پروژه میدانست و تالاب و جنگل و کوه و مرتع و رودخانه و دریا و... برایش مفت و مجانی بود و هنوز هم هست.
🔸 ولی آیا واقعا اطلاع نداشتند؟ آن هم در حالی که در ماده ۵۹ ق.ب.چهارم توسعه، دولت ملکف به برآورد ارزش اقتصادی اکولوژیک و محاسبه آن در حسابهای ملی شده بود؟ و در ماده ۱۹۲ ق.ب.پنجم و ماده ۳۸ ق.ب.ششم هم بر این تکلیف، تأکید شده بود؟ حالا که ۲۰ سال و ۵ دولت، از چپ و راست و میانه، از سر گذراندیم چطور؟
