Super video. Škoda len, že pani opomenula spomenúť fakt, že digitálne euro CBDC je programovatelné, preto nie je možné porovnávať dnešné kartové platby cez internet či terminál s tým čo pripravujú ako CBDC digitalne euro (viď Lagardová súvis 8386)
Spomenula iba "platby v banke sú záväzky bánk voči vkladateľom". Takéto "platby" / záväzky bánk nie sú programovateľné. Digitálne euro áno. S digitalnym eurom vás uzamknú do 15-minutovych zón miest a mimo zóny platby nebudú umožnené. V prípade prekročenia stanovenych kvót CO2 napr. za platby tovarov pre daný mesiac, platby nebudú umožnené. Prípadne nespotrebované peňažné jednotky po čase "expirujú".. Atd..
