Друзья! Сегодня ночью системой ПВО была пресечена попытка атаки вражеских БПЛА (4 шт.) на объекты топливно-энергетического комплекса Орловской области. Пострадавших нет. В целях обеспечения безопасности правоохранительным блоком проводятся необходимые мероприятия.
Напоминаю, что в случае обнаружения в небе подобных летательных аппаратов необходимо незамедлительно сообщить по телефонам: ☎️ дежурной службы УФСБ по Орловской области 8 (4862) 43-76-36, дежурной части УМВД России по Орловской области 8 (4862) 43-32-32, либо на единый номер службы спасения – 112.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
