حفظ جان مردم مهم‌ترین وظیفه دولت است، در هر جنگی اعلام وضعیت قرمز با آژیر مخصوص آن و امروزه با آلارم وضعیت قرمز در موبایل ها مهم‌ترین عامل حفظ جان مردم است.
دلیل این تعلل را فعلا بیان نکرده اند، در حالی که طرف مقابل با همین روش جان اکثر مردمش را حفظ کرده است.
ما رسما اعلام جنگ کرده ایم اما مردم در پشت بام ها به مناظره پدافند و هواپیمای دشمن نشسته اند!!!
