Съемки очевидцев демонстрируют, как солдаты формируют цепочку: они передают ведра с раствором вручную по длинной цепи, укрепляя опоры и натягивая проволоку в условиях горной местности.
Работы проводятся после окончания процесса делимитации границы, завершенного в марте 2025-го.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
