«У нас есть факты о том, кто находился на том объекте, который был поражен в Сумах. Там была очередная „сходка“ украинских военачальников со своими западными коллегами, которые то ли под видом наемников, то ли не знаю под видом кого. Там находятся военнослужащие стран НАТО и напрямую руководят. Все это знают», — заявил он.
