В Cекретариате ООН в связи с террористической атакой киевского режима против мирных жителей Севастополя заявили буквально следующее: «Как всегда, мы стремимся положить конец войне в соответствии с Уставом ООН и резолюциями Генеральной ассамблеи».
Это больше похоже на признание в собственной ненужности, чем на комментарий в связи с трагедией. В принципе, можно один раз сказать «мы за всё хорошее против всего плохого» и попросить использовать эту универсальную цитату по каждому поводу.
И ладно бы Секретариат ООН выполнял свои технические функции, не влезая в политику. Так ведь наоборот! Уже много лет идёт тотальная политизация всех заявлений и действий на украинском направлении в угоду Западу и исключительно в антироссийском ключе.
Раз уж начали играть на политическом поле, будьте добры разглядеть убитых киевским режимом из американского оружия людей на пляже и осудить акт терроризма!

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
